    Our customers are what we are all about. Without our customers, of course, we would not even exist. We know this and would like to extend our thanks to all of you.

    We made a recent discovery that a local store is superior in its own right. Petland, of Bradenton, Florida, owned by Chris and Kim Tom, recently won the award for Petland "Store of the Year 2002".

    I traveled to the store myself and can attest that it is one of the most well kept ones that I have ever seen. I was truly amazed to see the the quality at which the animals were kept for such a large sized store. The numerous enclosures were set up better than many in-home systems that I have seen. The fish, along with looking healthy and spry, were attractively housed with clean gravel and decorative plants. The reptile section was set up nicely with natural materials for each animals specific needs. The same was the case for the dogs, birds, and other small animals which they carry. And clean...you have no idea, the place was impeccable.

    All this can be attributed to knowledgeable, hard-working, management and employees. As so needed in the animal business, they are truly on top of things. Chris himself travels the 20 miles or so from his store to our warehouse to hand-pick his own animals. While here, he also take the time to exchange and gather information on the care the animals require for optimal health.

   Kudos to both Chris and Kim Tom, owners of Petland, Bradenton, Florida. Your store is both a pleasure and inspiration to visit. We are proud to be your reptile supplier.
